Resting 18 months on the lees in the bottle and disgorged with 8 g/L dosage, this Cava marries vibrant fruit with layers of brioche and toasted-almond richness.
Soft straw-gold hue with a steady ribbon of tiny bubbles. Aromas of ripe white and citrus fruit and floral notes mingle with sweet-bun, honey, and almond nuances. On the palate, it is creamy yet lively; juicy pear and preserved lemon glide over subtle pastry undertones from the extra ageing, finishing dry, polished, and perfectly poised.
With richness from ageing and a coastal freshness, this Cava pairs beautifully with savoury flavours of roasted fish and white meat, grilled vegetables, and creamy pastas. It shines with grilled salmon and mussels or Fettuccine with mushrooms and crispy tempura. It also adds lift to nutty, caramel desserts or honey-drizzled cheese. Taste, explore, and enjoy the pairings that feel just right!

Like the lush Almond blossom, our Brut Reserva captures aromatic, pastry-like depth with fresh finesse.
Time spent in cool underground cellars after the second fermentation. Slow ageing forms fine bubbles and adds depth and complexity.
A small mix of wine and sugar added after disgorging. It defines the wine’s style—Brut Nature (no sugar) and Brut (up to 12 g/L) are most common.
Unlike the typical 6–8 °C, we recommend 8–10 °C: cool enough for freshness, warm enough to let the aromas and flavours fully open in the glass.
